The Biological Science Building is located on the main campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. This 312,000-square-foot facility is a new home for the departments of molecular, cellular, and developmental biology; ecology and evolutionary biology; and the teaching collections for its paleontology and zoology museums.

The 76 research laboratories that were a part of this project were created to allow for easy collaboration and interdisciplinary teaching between research departments.

This project featured Mott’s Pro Series fume hoods, fully welded steel tables, custom mobile cabinets with retractable side handles, double-sided 2500 series Optima™ benches, single-sided 2100 series Optima™ benches, custom Overhead Service Carriers, Sigma Flex™ shelving, and fixed casework painted Bright White.
