The University of Michigan renovation project expanded space inside its A. Alfred Taubman Biomedical Science Research Building (BSRB) to make way for the relocation of germ-free vivarium functions.
The new space will house research on a wide range of topics, including the impact of the microbiome on human health, underlying causes of serious diseases and various ground-breaking studies in the areas of neurobiology, internal medicine, and cancer research.
