The Chemours Discovery Hub research facility is located at the Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus of the University of Delaware.

We supplied the laboratory furniture and over 260 custom fume hoods. A majority of the hoods were tailored to meet the needs of the research being conducted. Combination bench and floor-mount hoods with an opening in between enable technicians to work with both large and small pieces of equipment and accessories when experimenting. Pre-plumbed manifolds were placed in several hoods to allow access to service controls while working inside. Floor-mounted fume hoods were equipped with a hoist mounted to the side to lift larger pieces of equipment in and out for testing.
